Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Qreatd websites and services (the "Service") operated by EASD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Qreatd provides dynamic QR codes, redirects, scan analytics, link pages, forms, digital cards, and related tools. Features and limits vary by plan and may change over time.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
3. Customer content
You retain ownership of destinations, creative assets, form fields, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a license to host and process Customer Content to operate the Service. You warrant that you have rights to publish destinations and collect any end-user data through forms or tracking you enable.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, or infringing use of QR codes or destinations
- No malware, phishing, or abuse of redirects
- No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service beyond mandatory law
- No collection of personal data without a lawful basis and required notices
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Taxes may apply. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and our branding remain our property. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Service.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every scan will complete under all network conditions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Mandatory consumer and other non-excludable liabilities remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Swedish courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
